WiFi Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this wireless network you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the network. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Authorized Use and User Responsibility

This service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The University does not guarantee confidentiality, availability, or integrity of data transmitted over the network. You are responsible for using appropriate security measures (for example, up‑to‑date antivirus software and secure configurations) and for avoiding transmission of sensitive information over unsecured connections.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the University disclaims liability for any loss, interception, corruption, or unauthorized access to data, and for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the WiFi network.
7. Age Requirement and Termination
You must be at least 18 years old to use this network, or have parental or guardian consent if younger. The University may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms or for security or operational reasons. Violations may also result in disciplinary action or referral to law enforcement.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the University is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
